Two people have been charged with using Angela Hook’s credit card two days after her family last saw her, authorities said. Three weeks later, on Tuesday, the 40-year-old Kansas City, Kan., woman’s frozen body was found in the back seat of her car outside Shawnee Mission Medical Center.
