Phone Scams?

Can someone please enlighten me on the HongKong tax laws?
i got a call from some hongkong company (黄金科技) stating that i won their second prize of SGD$20,000.
but i have to pay 15% tax fee because of hongkong tax law- any amount of winnings above 10,000 is liable to this ruling.
their phone number- (852) 3078 6838.

    Hi,
same happened to me. i also post similiar question?
you answered a few question for survey through phone. there ask me for $5500. second prize is $200000. $3000 above is liable to this rule. contact you is two girl right. one call from malaysia, Johor. the other from hong kong. they got website. they even give you two password, vip password and user password. they don’t identify themselve. don’t belive you can call. don’t identify yourself. ask for website and address of their shop. they don’t give you. they will tell you leave your name and contact number. their customer service will call you back.
just don’t pay. trust me. i called.

    Definitely a scam…
    1. Did you enter any sort of competition in Hong Kong? No. Scam.
    2. Does it make sense that if they owe you $20,000 that they would need you to send them $3,000 first? No. Scam.
They take your “tax” and you never hear from them again. Please, don’t be an idiot. Greed will kill you.
