Is There A Site Where I Can Look Up Phone Numbers, Codes, Only Uk Please?

I have had several calls which when you ring back is either an unobtainable tone, or just rings no answer.
One yesterday was an 004087545413
number, no idea even where this is, i did call it from my mobile, but it gave an unobtainable tone.
I don’t want to phone directory enquiries because of the cost. Is there a website i can look at. Its getting to annoy me, they might be scams for all i know but at least i would like to try and find out who keeps calling.

I wouldn’t bother any more about it, or waste your time trying to track it. If it’s important, they’ll call again.
From what you say, it sounds like an automatic dialler, if you answered you’d have found yourself on the receiving end of some sort of sales pitch. That’s why you couldn’t get it calling back, they don’t accept inward calls.

I have had a few calls like this and tried to callback with the same result, someone told me it’s done by a machine automatically, so even if you do get through you wont get to speak to anyone. My advice would be to withhold your number when dialling back and contact you mobile phone company.
    Hope this helps.

When I get numbers I don’t recognise, I google the first part of the number and usually gives you an idea where it’s from. I wouldn’t think you could find out who it is though, just where it’s from.
I’m ex directory, I also have caller I.D, I never answer to numbers I don’t know!! Usually someone selling stuff.
