i dont think skimming reached philippines since guards are all over the place, but in case, do not use an atm if you feel it seems something extra is attached to it.

6. Keep your receipt. ATM thieves find good use of these.
1. Observe before making a transaction. Look for any external device attached to the ATM. If you find one, switch to another ATM. Note that these devices are hard to spot. They look like part of the ATM itself.
2. Always cover the keypad while typing in your pin code because a mini-camera might be recording your password.
3. Never trust anyone. If you find suspicious people near the ATM, go to another machine.
